DURIAN MOUSSE CAKE – Bánh mousse sầu riêng



I am so excited to share this recipe with you, especially with those who love durian, the king fruit of Southeast Asia. For durian antifans, you can replace with strawberry or mango.
Ingredients:
For the sponge cake:
4 eggs
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp milk (or water)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Lime juice
100 g sugar
100 g flour
For the durian mousse:
400 g durian
200 ml milk
15 g gelatin powder
250 ml whipping cream

    Whats the measurement for for baking pan, mine is 8 inches, i baked for 30 min and it almost burned…
